TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When making a reservation with En Ville Apartments you accept the rules and conditions of our apartments. The payment of the booking implies de acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Our target clients are adults (30+), families and business travelers.

To make a booking you need to be more than 30 years old. If you are not, please contact us by email.

PRICE, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To book an apartment, you need to make a prepayment of 50% of the total rent. This amount is automatically calculated when you make a reservation online. The price includes tax and cleaning fee. We have a flexible cancelacion policy which means you can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. If you cancel less then 14 days before arrival you will loose the prepayment. 

The remaining 50% is charged upon arrival. After check in the rental amount is not refundable under any circumstance.

The flexible cancelation policy applies to reservation made after 01.05.2020. 

We demand a valid credit card as a security deposit for possible damages or extra charges.

For arrivals during the night there is an extra charge of 30€ if you arrive after 20.00 and 50€ if you arrive after 01.00. This amount has to be paid in cash to the person that does the "check in".

NUMBER OF TENANTS

To make a booking you need to state the number of occupants. The apartments have a maximum capacity as shown on the web. It is not permitted more occupants than in the booking and the unauthorized stay of more people could lead to immediate termination of your lease with no right to compensation.

The apartment prices are calculated for a minimum of 4 tenants. En Ville Apartments reserves the right not to accept more tenants than in your booking unless communicated in advance and the corresponding price difference is paid. Every extra person has an additional charge of 10€ plus 10% tax per night of stay.

Babies do not have an extra charge and a crib can be provided when requested minimum three days before arrival. The crib has an extra charge of 20 euros.

ARRIVALS, DEPARTURES AND STAY

The day of check-in a representative will be waiting to show you the apartment and give you the key. If necessary we will also show you how everything works such as air-conditioning, stove, laundry machine..etc.

At this moment you have to pay the reminding amount of your stay and give your credit card details for the purpose of security deposit.  

Guests must provide their identification documents / passports on arrival for registration purposes as required by Spanish law.

Remember that once you have entered, checked the apartment and paid the full rental amount this amount will not be returned under any circumstances.

DAY OF ARRIVAL: CHECK-IN

The check in time of our apartment is from 14:00. However, if your apartment is not busy the night before check-in can be done from 09.00. The apartments do not have a reception desk, so please let us know well in advance your arrival time either by email or telephone. In case you have some unforeseen delay you should contact us as soon as possible.

If you arrive by plane you should call from the airport to indicate when you will arrive at the apartment.

If you arrive before the normal check-in time please let us know and we can store your luggage until the apartment is ready.
Check in after 20.00 has an extra charge of 30€ and check-in after 01.00 has an extra charge of 50€.


DAY OF DEPARTURE: CHECK-OUT

Check-out should be done no later than 11.00 am. You must inform us the day before of your exact check out time. The apartment has to be left in the same condition as when you entered. Any damages will be charged to the credit card given as a security deposit.

This contract is governed by Article 4 of the existing Tenancies Act and additionally by the Civil Code. At the end of the rental period renter must leave the apartment. Any belongings left behind once the check-out has been realized are considered abandoned and will be exposed of.

The failure to departure on the day specified, require En Ville Apartments to take legal actions. Clients will be charged the amount corresponding to three times the daily rent until leaving the apartment. All other expenses related to an eviction are at the cost of the client.

En Ville Apartments are happy to extend the stay of clients as long as the apartment is not already booked. Any wish to extend the stay has to be communicated at least one day before the scheduled check-out.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Upon booking, you agree to follow correct standards of behavior.

Under no circumstances may there be flammable, explosive or corrosive materials in the building. It is neither permitted any kind of unusual or immoral activity that may cause inconvenience to other residents of the building.

En Ville Apartments is a place for rest and relaxation. When you rent an apartment you become part of a residential community where you have to coexist with other neighbors.

It is crucial to respect the peace and privacy of your neighbors and at all times follow common-sense rules of behavior. We do not allow any parties or disturbance during the night and it's important not to make any noise in the commune areas of the building.

All clients must respect these simple rules of behavior so that all neighbors might have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Barcelona.

- No parties

- Quiet hours:

       Monday to Thursday from 22:00 h. to 09:00 h.

       Friday to Sunday from 23:00h to 11:00h

- No noise permitted in the commune areas (entrance and stairs)

- No smoking permitted in the apartments or commune areas

- Remember to throw away your trash every day

- Remember to switch of all electrical appliances and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment

- Remember to close the front door of the building and not let anyone enter who does not have a key

- Clients must leave the apartment in the same conditions in which they found it, making good use of its content.

- We expect our clients to behave appropriately around the building

Clients who receive complaints for excessive noise, inappropriate behavior or any other reason that causes discomfort to the neighbors will be asked to leave their apartment immediately without compensation. 

PETS

As a general rule we do not accept pets unless they belong to someone with a disability that requires the assistance of a pet.

In any case, animals permitted should always be under supervision by an adult, have the proper legal documentation, not make noise that disturbs neighbors and never be left alone in the apartment.

En Ville Apartments reserves the right to request an additional fee for pets.  

CLAIMS

Any claim that you have about an apartment has to be communicated to En Ville Apartments, by phone or e-mail as soon as possible, to try to resolve any issues that may exist.

In Ville Apartments and its agents and employees are not responsible for the content of any published websites that do not refer to their own apartments, ie external links.

LIABILITY

En Ville Apartments, its employees, agents or representatives assume no responsibility, whatever it is, for any injury, damage, accident, death, theft, loss, delay or any other situation that occurs to people or their belongings.
